Crystalkuta Hotel - Bali

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with our requests. Especially the front receptionist "Desak Putu" she is really helpful all the time, whenever we need, whenever we call she was there and the room, facilities, and location was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, with a wide variety of delicious options & the pool area is really incredibly good and clean. I really appreciating the staff effort, #Desak and Suci. The spa and massage is really good and so relaxing , the spa Girl is #Desi is really good and experienced . I recommend her. I like everything about this hotel close to city center,,shaping malls and restaurants. The staff were excellent especially Ivanda , Bintang and Yogik they help a lot with so many things.they are the most honest and friendly person I ever met. I stay 15 days in this hotel I really enjoyed my time there. Even though most of the time I forgot to put the cleaning signs on the door when I come back to the hotel at night time my room was clean and tidy the reason Ivanda,Bintang and Yogik always had care about the guest and the hotel Thank you Crystal Kuta hotel and especial thanks to Ivanda ,Bintang and Yogik You guys mad my holiday so especially See guys again and again

Stayed for 2 nights Pros: beautiful ambience in restaurant/pool area. - Lovely setup and smoking/ non-smoking spots to sit around the pool area and relax. - Very friendly staffs especially in restaurant and the housekeeping boys. Everyone knows how to give service with a smile. Restaurant staffs are friendly and even heated my leftover lunch when requested. - I love their breakfast as it includes a traditional cart with local foods, drinks and sweets. They mostly serve vegetarian, chicken and no beef/ pork so good for indians. - Housekeeping very efficient and quick, will come within minutes after requesting any thing. - Lifts are quick but have to press the buttons quite hard. Also, slippery floor if wet so be careful - Close proximity to airport so great spot for transit. Close to mall, Krishna store

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Kuta Hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after exploring Bali. The location is perfect—close to the airport, shopping centers, and only a short drive to Kuta Beach. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh every morning. The pool area was also a great spot to unwind. Overall, excellent value for money and a great experience. We’d definitely recommend Crystal Kuta to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bali, and we would love to come back again! 🌺✨

This was great for an overnight trip before going on to Java. Close to the airport it had everything we needed. Iranising puck up to the hotel was easy, and they communicated well. Even though our flufht was delayed hotel staff were welcomi g and helpful in spite of ut being 11.40pm. The pool is great and everything attractive. The staff were especially pleasant and very helpful. The manager, Gus Yogi, is exceptional in his attention to detail and pleasantness with guests The breakfast was expansive, fresh and plentiful. The restaurant is excellent. Modern and attractive. A great variety of meals, snacks and drinks. Our Lunch with mocktails was delicious and generous.
