Staff were excellent, facilities were great, location was pretty good with supermarket, major bank and starbucks next door. There is an...interesting shopping centre on the same side of the road a couple of doors up, and a bigger more comprehensive one as well as a mcdonald's across the road. Food at the restaurant was very good, breakfast outstanding. About half hour walk to Kuta Beach. Pool is lovely and close to the bar,. Massage therapist was great. This was great value for money Overall, it will be hard not to choose this place again if we go back to Bali.

Perfect stay with a friendly staff. At the hotel there is a restaurant, so you can have lunch or dinner at the place. Hot and cold drinks, cocktails and snacks also available. There is their own bakery at the lobby with fresh and tasty baking. Pool was amazing too. Clean, with many places to relax like sunbeds and comfortable beanbag chairs. You have to pay attention, the hotel is a bit far away from the beach, so you should take some transfer like taxi, maybe rent a bike or a car (there is a parking near the hotel), or just walk, as we do :)

Staff treated us like VIPs. Exceeding all my expectations during our stay. Provided everything I asked or needed. The room was cozy and clean. Compliments to the room service for asking me everyday if we need a new batch of towels, or clean the room, or if there is anything that we needed. We checked out early due to our flight schedule and they even provided us with a breakfast box free of charge which I didn't even ask for but very much appreciated; since the breakfast buffet has not started yet when we were checking out. The hotel is stationed in the middle of malls, restaurants, and establishments that made me feel like I'm still in my own country regarding how accessible the place is. The fare prices for ride hailing services was 50% cheaper, so going back and forth from places is too easy and takes just a couple of minutes.

Very good location for spending the last night/nights in Bali before taking a flight. It's relatively close to the airport and it is located just across the street from a big shopping center with lots of of souvenirs reasonably priced. Although it rained and we couldn't use the swiming pool, we had a great stay there. We received a free room upgrade, the breakfast had plenty of options (mostly indonesian), the suite was comfortable and clean and the food from room service was tasty as well.
