I really recommend Crystalkuta. It's not far from the airport, next to the hotel there are two shops with souvenirs. Staff from the hotel was very helpful and kind. They had really wonderful various breakfast! Also you can find different atractions during your stay in hotel - really nice pool, restaurant, karaoke, cooking classes and spa. Some of them are for an additional fee but in my opinion are worth it. Especially I would like to recommend balinese spa and massagist Via. That was wonderful time in spa. Via was very kind and gentle. One of the best massages in my life ☺️ The room and bathroom were clean. One minus in my opinion is bathroom condition - the door really needs replacing, the bathroom needs refreshing. But despite it I rate my stay as successful and worth the price!

One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location, very close to the airport, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. The staff was absolutely amazing, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet—there was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect to start the day. Whether you prefer local flavors or classic international dishes, there was something for everyone. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel with excellent service and a great breakfast, this is definitely a perfect choice. We would love to stay here again!

I stayed at Crystal Kuta for 21 nights, and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was great—they served the eggs just the way I like them. The lunch and dinner options were also quite good! The atmosphere felt very welcoming, and I absolutely loved my stay. Since I was a long-term guest, they offered me a complimentary massage at their spa and a free drink at the bar upon check-in. The service felt like that of a five-star hotel. I’m definitely coming back and will recommend Crystal Kuta to family and friends.

Impressive cleanliness: We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. There were no issues with insects in the rooms or common areas, which is a notable plus, especially for Bali, where we've encountered insect-related problems at other accommodations.
